At Inventify.pk, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Refunds are issued only under eligible circumstances and in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved if:

• The product received is defective or damaged.

• An incorrect item was delivered.

• The return request meets the conditions stated in our Return Policy.

Refunds will not be processed for change of mind or misuse of the product.

Refund Approval Process

All returned items are subject to inspection and quality verification. Once the product is received and evaluated:

• If the item meets our refund criteria, the refund will be approved.

• If the item does not meet the required conditions, the refund request may be declined.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days after successful quality inspection.

• The refund will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method, where applicable.

Important Notes

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

• Processing times may vary depending on banking procedures.
